Mike and his team of technicians made a very clean installation at our new location. I was impressed with the dedication of Mike and his staff to ensure that when employee showed up at their desks on Monday morning all they had to do was set up their voice mail and go to work. The comments I received about the installation and the system were outstanding...
With the new installation Mike and his team were able to cut over with no loss of telephone service. I thank you for making my job easier and giving the appearance that switching phone systems is no big deal. Your willingness to meet our deadlines of having all work completed during our Christmas breaks, accuracy of installation and programming, employee courtesy and knowledge, and ability to rearrange schedules to get the requisite people in the right place at the right time is truly rare in this day and age.
Your engineering staff should also be commended for sizing the equipment correctly for our needs and not overselling us, while providing massive room for expansion with minimal investment should it become necessary as we grow.

I am writing this letter to express my sincere "Thanks" to your entire staff. I know that the DEMA project has not been an easy one. This project and many others that I have been involved in with your people have gone without a hitch.
I know it is easy to criticize, and find fault when things do not go as planned; but on the other hand it is rare to complement someone for a job well done. This is what I am doing with the letter.
